Please do not send sensitive or confidential information through the website unless requested.

Information may be collected directly from you, your organisation, referrals, counterparties, public sources and service providers. We use it to respond to enquiries, assess and deliver engagements, facilitate introductions, administer commercial relationships, invoice, meet legal obligations and improve our services.

We may disclose information to personnel, professional advisers, technology providers and specialist delivery partners where reasonably required. For trade mandates, relevant information may be shared with prospective suppliers, buyers, agents, logistics providers or other counterparties with appropriate authority. We do not sell personal information.

International trade work may require disclosure to recipients outside Australia. The country will depend on the relevant market and mandate. We take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances before making such disclosures.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No internet or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to or correction of personal information, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing info@rnp-consulting.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you remain dissatisfied, you may be entitled to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

8. Retention and changes

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for business, contractual and legal purposes. We may update this policy and will publish the current version here.
